The use of the Securemax Exercise Ball as a seat at home, the office, or school noticeably relieves the spine and strengthens back musculature. Which size is right for me?

• Measure the length of your arm from shoulder to hand. This measurement roughly corresponds to the required minimum diameter of exercise ball. Always choose an exercise ball slightly larger in diameter.
